Ashvya Services is a consultancy. We assist with applications and compliance but do not guarantee approval of any grant, loan or registration by third parties.

2. No payment guarantee

We are not a NBFC/bank and do not accept payments on personal accounts or under any other name. Always pay to the official Ashvya Services account.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and documents. We are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or incorrect details.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
