Refund Policy

1. Service-based engagements

Fees cover professional time and government/third-party costs. Once work or filings have commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Government fees

Statutory fees paid to authorities (MCA, GST, DGFT, etc.) are non-refundable as they are remitted directly to the government.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel before any work begins, eligible advance amounts (net of charges) may be refunded at our discretion.
